Dr. Colleen UscianowskiDr. Colleen Uscianowski is the Director of the Child Learning Lab. She is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Uscianowski began her career as a teacher and soon became fascinated by how children think and learn! She has been working with children for over 10 years and still learns something new from children every day. She earned her PhD in Cognitive Studies in Education from Teachers College, Columbia Universty.

Haoyi WangHaoyi is currently a graduate student studying the Teaching of Mathematics at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests are Mathematics Education, Educational Technology, and Early Childhood Development.
Tracie JarrardTracie is a second-year MA student at Teachers College, Columbia University in the International Educational Development program with a concentration in International Policy and Planning. She was an early childhood educator in Hong Kong for five years before attending Teachers College. Her research is in early childhood policies with a specific interest in crisis and emergency settings.

Maya GoertemoellerMaya is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine studying medical sciences with a certificate in minority health. She plans to become a physician and educator and is interested in researching early childhood development, socioeconomics, and education.
Daniel RoweDaniel is a fifth-year undergraduate student at the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. He is interested in working in education and public policy with a focus on societal outcomes of the educational environment.
